One of the most difficult parts of writing is catering to your audience. Many corporations inadvertently fill their press releases with so much jargon from their industry that the public has no idea why they care about what is being said. In my time with writing commercial copy, I became adept at translating the features that a company sees into benefits that a consumer sees.
